Annual Scholarship Programme - 2018

Annual scholarship programme from Smt MK Jayamma and Shri BSR Sastry trust was conducted on 21st October 2018.  This was 8th year of scholarship programme and about 80 students were awarded the scholarship.  Sri Sri Veerashananda Sarswathi Swamiji graced the scholarship programme and blessed the event.  Chief guest of the programme was Justice  Dr  MN Venkatchaliah.  Ambassador Sri N Parthasarathi was the Guest of Honour  and Eminent Educationist Dr Gururaj Karjagi inspired the students with his insightful talk.

The Trust felicitated eminent teacher of Mathematics Prof. Padma , Mrudanga Vidwan Srinivasa Murthy, Dr Narahari and Dr  Prasanna during this occasion.  Pratibha Puraskar was also awarded to Chi Rahul and Chi Manoj Dixit who had secured top ranks in GATE examination.  The students who were given scholarship in this programme were identified with the help of the management of Udaya Banu Kala Sangha. In the programme donations were also given to social organizations SoCare, Prapancha the world of Music , Balaji Sangeetha Vidyalaya  and  Shri Ramakrishna  Vivekananda Ashrama. 

The management of  Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement  team was present in the event.  Sri. B. R. Ravi, the Trustee of Smt. MK Jayamma and Sri. BSR Sastry Trust welcomed the guests.  Sri.B. R. Nagaraj, the Trustee of Smt. MK Jayamma and Sri. BSR Sastry Trust gave vote of Thanks.  Mr. Ganesh anchored the programme.

Contributions of the Trust - 2017-2018

In the year 2017-2018, Smt. M.K.Jayamma and Sri. B.S.R.Sastry Trust has completed many activities successfully. 

The Trust, in association with the support of Mrs. and Mr. Kush Desai built four Residential Quarters for Doctors and Lecturers belonging to the SVYM Hospitals and Educational Institutions. The keys to these residential quarters were handed over to the SVYM team on 21st October 2018 in the annual scholarship programme of the Trust. This initiative is intended to help the Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement hospitals and educational institutions attract the best talent, consequently helping the general public get better medical care and the Taluk’s children get better educational facilities.

With the help of Prayoga, an NGO established for experiential science education to students in their formative years , the trust conducted a Science Symposium for about 200 Students and Teachers of the Sargur Taluk, providing students a ‘hands-on learning experience’. An additional feature of this event was that 20- plus students of Samvida , a home school run by progressive parents also participated in the workshop, where they rubbed shoulders with local students. Dr. H.S.Nagaraja, Managing Trustee, Prayoga and the faculty helped the Trust to conduct the Symposium . 

The Trust successfully conducted many music programs during the year with the help of  Vid. B. Shankar Rao Sir, President of Prapancha, the World of Music, , Vid. D.V.Nagarajan Sir, Principal Balaji Sangeetha Vidyalaya and Vid. P. Sreenivasa Murthy, Principal of Gurusmruthi Kala Kendra.  Also, during the year, the Trust provided Scholarships to Senior students pursuing Carnatic Music under the tutelage of Vid. D.V. Nagarajan, Principal, Balaji Sangeetha Vidyalaya.

The Smt. M.K. Jayamma and Sri BSR Sastry Trust is working with Samatvam Endocrinology Diabetes Center (SEDC), a health-care and medical institution specializing in treatment and management of diabetes and other endocrine metabolic disorders. The Trust made donations for treating needy and poor patients suffering from Diabetes and related diseases. The Trust also made substantial donations for conducting surgeries, providing medicines and other related expenses of poor and needy patients suffering from Cancer through the Shankara Cancer Hospital and ResearchFoundation.

The Trust sponsored the expenses to be incurred in the treatment of Filariasis of 2  needy students afflicted with the disease , incidentally one of them is a lady student pursuing her ph.d., program and the other a male student pursuing his Architectural course and they would undergo the treatment in the Institute for Applied Dermatalogy at Kasargod under Dr Narahari’s care.

The Trust also contributed to the people affected by the 2018 floods in Kodagu and Kerala . In association with a few NGOs supplied them Warm blankets , Oral fluids , Medicines , Food and many items required to maintain hygiene.

The Trust is continued to support SoCare, started in 1999 by Shri  V. Mani, a retired RBI official. SoCare helps more than 170 children mostly of ex-convicts/life-time convicts. The Children are housed in the SoCare-run child home and are sent to local private schools. For the current year, the Trust has extended the support towards the expenses incurred for three such students.

During the current year, the Trust is providing financial assistance to about 85 students of the Udaya Bhanu Kala Sangha. This assistance ensures that 50% of the recipients are girl students.  The Trust has also identified Chi Rahul who Secured First Rank in the GATE 2018 and Chi Manoj Dixit who stood Second for the country in the GATE 2018 for Prathibha Puraskar Award.  Rahul also secured First Rank & won several gold medals in the B.Tech., from the PES University and currently pursuing M.Tech. at the IISc., Bangalore.  Manoj Dixit has secured 2^nd Rank in B.Tech, from the PES University. He is pursuing Ph.D. by Research at the IISc.,  Bangalore.

Padma, Professor of Mathematics (Retd.), Sri P Sreenivasa Murthy, Mrudanga Vidwan and Renowned Guru, dedicated Doctors, Dr S.R. Narahari & Dr K.S. Prasanna, Director, Institute of Applied Dermatalogy, Kasargod for felicitation for their significant contributions to their chosen field. 

Residential Quarters inaugurated at Sargur

Smt. M.K.Jayamma & Sri. B.S.R. Sastry Trust in collaboration with Sumukhaya Trust and Prayoga had arranged a three day visit to Sargur center of Swamy Vivekananda Youth Movement on 27th-29th of October 2017.  During this occasion, gruhapravesha of a residential block of eight houses was performed.  

On 27th of November, the two workshop was started for children of Viveka School of Excellence at Sargur.  Sessions on  experiential education covering Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology. Teachers from Prayoga, conducted the sessions. About 100 students of Viveka School of Excellence and other schools in and around Sargur attended the one day workshop. Additionally, about 25 students from Samyukta also participated in the one day workshop. Nine teachers from Prayoga, six teachers from Viveka School of Excellence and six trainee teachers attended the workshop.  On 28^th October, 2017, in the valedectory function, Smt. Geeta Ravichandran, Principal Commissioner Income Tax (Central), Bangalore, Prof. H. S. Nagaraja, Managing Trustee, Prayoga,  were present.   Speaking on the occassion, Smt. Geeta Ravindran said that Children should develop belief that they would succeed while working hard towards achieving their goals.  An individual who succeeds brings change not only at individual level, but also transforms his/her family, community and nation.  The teachers of Prayoga were presented with mementoes. 

On 28th evening, a musical night was organized in the open auditorium of Viveka School of Excellence. A musical concert by Smt. Sindhu and renowned carnatic musician Vid. Vinay Sharva was organized.  Vid. Adithya was on violin, Vid. Radhesh was on mrudangam and Vid. Manjunath was on Ghatam. Preceding to the concert, a classical Bharatanatyam dance was performed by school children.  Sri. B. R. Ravi, Trustee of Smt. MK Jayamma and Sri. BSR Sastry Trust and Sri.Veereshananda Saraswathi Swamiji of Tumkur Ramakrishna Mutt spoke on the occassion.  Sri Veereshananda Saraswathi Swamiji stressed the significance of music composers of carnatic music and suggested that singers should understand, meditate on the contents of their compositions while singing. The artists were introduced by Sri. B.R.Ravi and felicitated by Sri. Veereshananda Saraswathi Swamiji.

On 29th Morning, grihapravesha  (house warming ceremony) of  eight newly built houses at residential quarters of Sargur was performed.  The houses were donated by Smt. M.K.Jayamma & Sri. B.S.R. Sastry Trust in collaboration with Sumukhaya Trust. Sri. Veereshananda Saraswathi Swamiji, Smt.and Sri. Kush Desai, Smt. Lalitha Sastrty, Sri. H. S. Nagaraja, Smt. Anuradha and Sri. M.K.Ramachandra Sastry, Sri. M.K.Lakshamana Sastry inaugurated the houses and ritual of 'heating up the milk till boiling' to usher in prosperity was  performed. A function was organized at the open auditorium of Viveka School of Excellence to mark the occasion.  Sri. Veereshananda Saraswathi Swamiji, President, Sri. Ramakrishna Vivekananda Ashrama, Tumakuru,  Smt. Geeta Ravichandran, Principal Commissioner Income Tax (Central), Bangalore, Prof. H. S. Nagaraja, Managing Trustee, Prayoga, Dr. M. A.  Balasubramanya, Secretary & CEO, Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement., Sri. B. R. Ravi, Prof. M.K.Ramachandra Satry, Rtd. HOD, Dept. of Mathematics, Sharada Vilas College, Mysuru,  Sri. M. K. Lakshmana Sastry, Rtd. Headmaster, National High school, Bengaluru, were present on the dais.  Sri. Veereshananda Saraswathi Swamiji gave a speech inspiring to the teachers. He observed that teachers are loosing confidence in the system and noted that it is not a good sign. He called upon teachers not to loose confidence and feel proud about their profession.  Swamiji was also appreciative of donating the houses in memory of family-elders of donors.  Sri B. R. Ravi & Sri. B. R. Nagaraj, Smt. & Sri. Kush Desai, Prof. H. S. Nagaraja were felicitated by SVYM on this occassion.

ಪ್ರತಿಭಾ ಪುರಸ್ಕಾರ - 2016

ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಎಂ. ಕೆ. ಜಯಮ್ಮ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀ. ಬಿ. ಎಸ್. ಆರ್. ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿ ದತ್ತಿ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಉದ್ಯಮ್ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ದತ್ತಿ ಇವರ ಸಹಯೋಗದೊಡನೆ ಭಾನುವಾರ, 7ನೇ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 2016 ರಂದು 6ನೇ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯರಿಗೆ ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಶುಲ್ಕ, ಪುಸ್ತಕ, ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಧನ ಸಹಾಯ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರದ ವಿವಿಧ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಮತ್ತು ಪಾಲಿಟೆಕ್ನಿಕ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಓದುತ್ತಿರುವ 51 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯರು, ಮತ್ತು ಆಜೀವ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಗೊಳಗಾಗಿರುವ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯರನ್ನು ಅರ್ಹತೆಯ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಮೈಸೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಹೆಗ್ಗಡೆ ದೇವನ ಕೋಟೆ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಬುಡಕಟ್ಟು ಜನಾಂಗದ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆಂದು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಎಂ. ಕೆ. ಜಯಮ್ಮ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀ. ಬಿ. ಎಸ್. ಆರ್. ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿ ದತ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀ ಕುಶ್ ದೇಸಾಯಿ ಇವರ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯಿಂದ ವಸತಿ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಕಳೆದ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ನಡೆದಿತ್ತು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಟ್ಟಡದ ಬೀಗದಕೀಲಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದ ಯೂತ್ ಮೂವ್ ಮೆಂಟ್ ನ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. 

ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ತುಮಕೂರು ರಾಮಕೃಷ್ಣ-ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದ ಆಶ್ರಮದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿರುವ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವೀರೇಶಾನಂದ ಸರಸ್ವತಿಯವರು ಆಶೀರ್ವಚನ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಭಾರತದ ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರಾದ ಡಾ. ಎಂ. ಎನ್.ವೆಂಕಟಾಚಲಯ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಪ್ರೋ ಟೆಕ್ನಾಲಾಜಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜೀವ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ & ಸ್ವಾಸ್ಥ್ಯ ಇವುಗಳ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ & ನಾವೀನ್ಯತೆ ಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥೆ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸುಜಾತ ವಿಶೇಶ್ವರ ಇವರುಗಳು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು. 

ಈ ವರ್ಷದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವಾರು ಗಣ್ಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಹೆಸರಾಂತ ಸಂಗೀತ ಸಂಯೋಜಕ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ. ರಾಜನ್, ಮನ್ನಣೆ ಪಡೆದ ಗಣಿತ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕರಾದ ಪ್ರೊ. ಎಸ್. ಸುಂದರ್ ರಾಜ್, ಉಜಿರೆಯ ಶ್ರೀ. ಧರ್ಮಸ್ಥಳ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ವೈದ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾಗಿ ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ವೈದ್ಯ ದಂಪತಿಗಳಾದ ಎನ್. ಬಿ. ಭಟ್, ಮತ್ತು ಕಮಲ ಭಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಗಳಿಗೆ ಪಾತ್ರರಾಗಿರುವ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಇನ್ಸ್ಪೆಕ್ಟರ್ ಆಗಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀ. ಕೆ. ಸತ್ಯನಾರಾಯಣ ಅವರುಗಳು ಸನ್ಮಾನ ಪಡೆದ ನಂತರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. 

ಮಾಜಿ ಪೋಲೀಸ್ ಮಹಾ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾದ ಡಾ. ಎಸ್. ಟಿ. ರಮೇಶ್ ಮತ್ತು ಯುವಿಸಿಇ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಮಾಜಿ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಡಾ. ಎಂ.ಕೆ.ಎನ್.ಎಲ್. ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿ – ಇವರುಗಳ ಗೌರವ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಡೆಯಿತು.

Student Scholarship Programme - 2016

Smt. M. K. Jayamma and Sri. B. S. R. Sastry Trust organized its 6^th annual event on Sunday, 7^th August 2016 in collaboration with Udaym Charitable Trust (Udyam).  The event included distribution of College Fees, Books and Bus fare to Girl Students studying in various colleges/Polytechnics, felicitation of eminent personalities who have contributed to the society , Meeting schooling, food, Books and other  expenses of  3 Children whose parents are life time convicts  .  This year’s programme  included handing over of keys of teachers residence built at the Tribal school, Hosahalli, H.D.Kote Taluk, Mysore. 

The Annual event blessed by Sri. Sri. Veereshananda Saraswathi Swamiji, President of Ramakrishna-Vivekananda Ashrama, Tumkur.   Retired Chief Justice  of India , Dr. M. N. Venkatachalaiah  and Smt. Sujatha Visweswara, Vice President, Head of Technology & Innovation, Health Care & Life Sciences, Wipro Technologies were the chief guests of the event.

There were 51 Girl Students who were the beneficiaries . Eminent personalities who were felicitated Sri. Rajan, Renowned Music Composer & Director,  Dr. Balakrishna Bhat & Dr. Kamala Bhat of Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Hospital, Ujire,  Prof. S. Sundararaj, Retired Professor of Mathematics of The National College of Engineering, Basavanagudi, and Sri. K. Satyanarayana, Assistant Sub-Inspector, K. R. Puram Traffic Police Station. 

Dr. S. T. Ramesh IPS, Retired Director General & Inspector General of Police, and Prof. M. K. L. N. Sastry, Former Principal & Emeritus Professor UVCE, Bangalore were the guests of honour.

Smt. M. K. Jayamma and Sri. B. S. R. Sastry Trust in collaboration with Smt & Sri. Kush Desai have contributed to construction of teachers residences at Teachers Quarters of Hosahalli tribal school, H.D.Kote Taluk, Mysore.  Keys of teachers residences were handed over by the Chief guests to the Swami Vivekananda Youth movement team.

ಪ್ರತಿಭಾವಂತ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಏಳ್ಗೆ ಬಯಸಿ ಆ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯತತ್ಪರವಾಗಿರುವ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಜೊತೆಗೂಡಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಣೀಯವೂ ಹೌದು ಮತ್ತು ಯಶಸ್ಸಿನ ಗುರುತೂ ಸಹ ಹೌದು. 

ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಎಂ. ಕೆ. ಜಯಮ್ಮ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀ. ಬಿ. ಎಸ್. ಆರ್. ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿ ದತ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ಯಮ್ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ದತ್ತಿ (ಉದ್ಯಮ್) ಗಳು ವಿವಿಧ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರರಾಗಬೇಕೆನ್ನುವ ಕನಸನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಹಾಯವು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮ ವಹಿಸಲು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸಿದರೆ, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಜೊತೆಯ ಒಡನಾಟ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆಯನ್ನು ಜಾಗೃತಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. 

ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಎಂ. ಕೆ. ಜಯಮ್ಮ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀ. ಬಿ. ಎಸ್. ಆರ್. ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿ ದತ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ಯಮ್ ಅರ್ಹತೆಯ ಮಾನದಂಡದಿಂದ ಮಾತ್ರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತವೆ. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ತರಗತಿ / ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಆಯ್ಕೆಗೆ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿಭಾ ಪುರಸ್ಕಾರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾದರಿ ಸಾಧಕರನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯ ಮಾಡುವ ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಸ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಗಳನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸುವುದರ ಗುರಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಎಂ. ಕೆ. ಜಯಮ್ಮ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀ. ಬಿ. ಎಸ್. ಆರ್. ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿ ದತ್ತಿಯ ಒಂದು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಆರೋಗ್ಯ, ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ – ಈ ಪರಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯತತ್ಪರವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ದತ್ತಿಯ ವಿಶೇಷತೆಯೆಂದರೆ ಶ್ರೀ. ಬಿ. ಎಸ್. ಆರ್. ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಸದಸ್ಯರೇ – ಹೊರಗಿನ ಅಥವಾ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸಹಾಯವನ್ನು ಕೇಳದೇ – ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು. ದತ್ತಿಯು ತನ್ನ ಆಡಳಿತ, ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳ ವಿಚಾರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯುತ ವಿಧಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಕಳೆದ ಐದು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 400 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕೆ ದತ್ತಿ ಸಹಕರಿಸಿದೆ. ಇದಲ್ಲದೇ, ಹಲವಾರು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ದತ್ತಿ ಸಹಾಯ ಒದಗಿಸಿದೆ. ಮಾಲೂರಿನ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆ, ಸರಗೂರಿನ ವಿವೇಕ ಶಾಲೆ, ಹೊಸಹಳ್ಳಿಯ ಬುಡಕಟ್ಟು ಶಾಲೆ, ಸೋ-ಕೇರ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ, ವೇದ ನಾದ ಗುರುಕುಲ, ನೆಲೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ, ಪ್ರಪಂಚ ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಆಫ್ ಮ್ಯೂಸಿಕ್ ಇವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಧನ ಸಹಾಯವನ್ನು ದತ್ತಿ ಒದಗಿಸಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ, ದತ್ತಿಯು ಸುಮಾರು 20 ಜನ ಸಮಾಜ ಮುಖೀ ಗಣ್ಯರನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸನ್ಮಾನ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದೆ. ಇತರ ಸಮಾನ ಮನಸ್ಕ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಸಹಕರಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಹಿತಕ್ಕೆ ದತ್ತಿ ತನ್ನ ಬದ್ಧತೆ ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಉದ್ಯಮ್ ಒಂದು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ದತ್ತಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸಮಾನ ಮನಸ್ಕ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರರಾರಿಂದ 2011 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ಉದ್ಯಮ್ ಸ್ಕಾಲರ್ (ಉದ್ಯಮ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ) ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ದತ್ತಿ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು ಪ್ರತಿಭಾವಂತ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕಳೆದ ಐದು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 30 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ, ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ – ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ಉದ್ಯಮ್ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಉದ್ಯಮ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದ್ದು, 9 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಇಂಜಿನೀರಿಂಗ್, ಒಬ್ಬರು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ, ಇಬ್ಬರು ಸಿಪಿಟಿ (ಸಿ‌ಏ ಮಾಡಲು ಪಾಸಾಗಬೇಕಾದ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ) ಮತ್ತು ಇತರರು ಪಿಯುಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. 

ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಕಂದರವನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಉದ್ಯಮ್ ಹಲವಾರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದೆ. ಆಧುನಿಕ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಪ್ರಯೋಗ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು, ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ತರಗತಿಗಳು, ಅಂಡ್ರಾಯ್ಡ್ ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಷನ್ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಯೋಗ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು, ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಪ್ರಯೋಗ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು – ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಹಲವಾರು ಶಾಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾಲಿಟೆಕ್ನಿಕ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ಯಮ್ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದೆ.
